Difference?

I understand that loneliness can be the recipe to madness, but emptiness sets it to fire.
What is the difference between loneliness and emptiness? I thought they were both insanely damaging.

These are some great words of wisdom. I love the way it's worded, "insanely damaging". I think the difference between loneliness and emptiness is that you can feel empty but not be lonely, but you can't be lonely without feeling empty...unless you're an introvert of course. Nice job, I loved it!

This is probably the best explanation i have received so far, and i agree with you. But what if you felt both at the same time, the term "Insanely damaging" would fit perfectly :)
