Growing comapany

As a company Emunah initiatives was established in the year 2016.Emunah is Hebrew for faith. We are a think tank /creative lab /media and promotions company . The partners are believers not just in God but as a general outlook on life . Thats what it takes to run a company where you sell ideas,experiences and solution. It takes one to be a visionary to sell what we do.
Moving passed our name we came up with Emunah we noticed a bulk of adverts were created abroad and the ones that we did make honestly speaking were boring. Most of The contenet that we came up with didn't quite sell things in a memorable way which explained the mass outsourcing. In addition too many companies assumed that just because it was a great product people would automatically buy it and this inevitably crushed businesses in the face of competition.
Thus the founding partners (Esther Phiri, Nicky Shitima& Lukalo Munjile) came together to insure that our clients did what they were set up to do with a great deal of success and gained what they deemed to be profit weather monetary or otherwise.
CURRENTLY
Nobody works for us but instead they work with us. We believe work should not be a hindrance to following ones passion and encourage those we work with to pursue their definition of success and fulfilment . Group economics is also something we believe is a healthy practice especialy in a struggling economy thus we engage in a lot of strategic parterships with those in similar business well as those involed in our value chain both upstream and downstream activities.
Our organization has grown to include Don Chulu and Malambo kahula. We also range of organisations under our belt that we are assisting to grow in profitability.
LOOKING FORWARD
we intend to pass on all that we know, what we are learning and are yet to learn down to the younger generation through mentorship. Not everyone is ment to run their own business but everyone is ment to follow their dreams and live their purpose. In that thinking we hope that our story somehow pushes more out of their cocoon.
