MemoriesA Poem by Ally BakerThese are the memories I will hold forever in my heart Because next to it is too far To feel the warmth of the memory Of the way you loved me.
It may not be over now But it will soon be, I can tell. That fire in your heart burning With your love meant for me Is dying down and soon will be gone.
This saddens me as it should But I know I will move on in time Because of all those nights together Wrapped in eachother's arms, so Happy just to be with the one we loved.
Those are the memories that Will get me past your dying love Long after the flame has gone out And another girl's beautiful eyes Are taking your breath away.
The memories will never be forgotten And neither your love, my Love. I will always feel the ghost of your lips On my neck and the hear the ghost of That whispered "I love you" in the night.
Even though I am losing you, The time I have left as your love. I will cherish these moments, the last To add to my ravishing collection of
Memories. © 2010 Ally BakerReviews
