The Colony

Fifty years ago, earth was invaded and conqured by an alien species known as the "Screecher Creatures."  Rayne and Landon are from two underground colonies, undetected by the aliens.  One day though, the colonies are found and the people are enslaved by the aliens.  While working for them, Rayne and Landon try to figure out whom it was that had betrayed their colonies.  Rayne has a secret though, that she is not willing to sharing, keeping Landon at somewhat of a distance.  They must escape quick, though, or end up as chemical-bred livestock.

Cool story idea, even though I'm not really into that kind of science fiction, xD. Check out my story, "The Human Race", it kind'a has almost the same concept, but all of the beings are humans, just some supernatural and some not. But overall this is a really interesting idea,
