You Are Never Right

You Are Never Right

A Poem by Ally Baker

You wrap your arm around me

& introduce me as your bestfriend

i barely know you but still i say okay

the time passes

and we do become friends

you become one of my bestfriends

you start dating someone

Whats this?

my heart is breaking

but why?

i see you go through other girlfriends

&& the pain does not change

you're alone for a long time

and you let me get closer

i hear you tell him

that you know i like you

In hearing this

i realize my heart

has long ago healed itseld

You are what you had thought

you were for so long

It seems you are never right.

this reminded me of some long forgotten memories, but to have understand this poem, you had to really read between the lines..okay well, technically there ARE no lines, but you get what i mean..i hope.... i was just saying that this isn't just some stupid poem that goes on endlessly nowhere, or is so short you forget what it's about...it was perfect for what you where trying to say.
