Stagnation Needs RainA Poem by Miss Habita poem that describes that dark place in the mists of a relationship gone wrongDark goo of hate
Painful past memories
Love as pure as Eden
Disintegrate me down
Inside bitter
Incapable.
I retreat away from you
Isolated.
Again alone but safe
I’ve always searched for love.
Contemplating.
Doubting its existence.
Progress halted
Pond scum rotten
Rain; the only freshness
I pray for rain. © 2008 Miss Habit |
