Buyer Beware

More ramblings.

Beware the products you buy from the merchant evil world-soul... beware the trappings of "more"... the shiniest of diamonds... the purest of golds... the sweetest chocolates.... oil and salt in your mouth when purchased with a soul... What price you say? Soul? What good is that to me? I can't see it... I can't feel it... I can't eat or drink it... so what do I need that for? Perhaps it will be needed later in a much larger barter... or maybe not... one never knows... maybe you'll just need a couple pieces of silver for Charon and his vessle... perhaps the excess... the crap... the leavings of your brethren as cattle... really won't matter much... maybe what you have purchased from the bottom feeding, carp will be enough... that step around and over... the averted glance... if you don't touch it or see it it's not there right?  Maybe being cattle is enough... plod along with the herd sucking the life... the marrow from the bone... the mud from the bottom... from the "more" will be enough... and dripping from your smiling chin you can claim you knew no better... you were blind... or fooled... a society for lack of a classification of moocarp.... herds of bottom feeders... but alas there are no warranties with your purchase... no certificates of authenticity... Didn't you read the fine print? Or decipher the lines? So what did you purchase?
