Silence
A Poem by
Lucy
Short poem
Take a deep breath of
cold air hits your face.
You smile for
no one is there.
Solitude, silence
Shiver, sigh
And you alone
And you your mind

I like this! It says so much with hardly any words. The message is clear yet there is an endless possibility of what it could be. Good Job!

There's something captivating about silence. It's so rare and under-appreciated to have complete and total silence. Sometimes we don't know how to handle something precious like that.

Hey!
I'm a teenage girl, and you'll soon find most of my poems are bitter and sad.
I'm not a bitter and sad person, they're just the emotions I find the easiest to express :)
