My Striped Beast

this is written for my kitty he is the bestest kitty in the world ^^

My Striped Beast
I love how you always run after me
How you sleep by my side through the long nights

When I cry you are there licking away my tears
I dance you watch my movements
When I hold you in my arms and you purr

I say goodnight and you smile at me with your loving eyes of Amber
I feed you and you love on me
The way you play to make me laugh
Those ears that Listen to my silent requests

the rain of today is the light of tomorrow
Lost in the dark your eyes shine a way
My striped Beast
How I love you

I hate change
That's why i love you
You Never change, Never stop being you, And Always..
Always come when I need you..
Now and forever you are
My Striped Beast

she follows me from the moment i step in the door most of the time (subject to her mood and whims and fancies of course)
