Saint Frances was the patron saint of seattle.
flawless was Francis,
the sincerest saint of seattle punks.

punks -
punk'd by fatherless fathers 20 years after saving the queen.

queen -
dethroned by beauties with wider hips and smaller mouths.

mouth -
a mouth that betrayed thee.
from blasphemer to psychotic
they never gave you a chance.

chance -
that's all it took
to fade from love to a crook.

it didn't have to be like this...
we all like to drink too much...
but you left half a life as their's for the taking
so we don't even know who's faking.

we're lost now.
and it's a lot to ask washington kids to find nirvana.
