Pie

A short funny poem that is strange but still fun.

 Oh pie,

Sweet,

Sweet pie,

 

You fill life with joy,

and yet you are ever so coy,

 

Never do you ask,

for you always have a mask,

 

You always bring a smile,

even after ones walked a mile,

 

You are pie,

not Chai,

 

Stand out and be noticed,

you are no locust,

 

For I love you pie,

so don’t ever be shy,

who doesn't love a good piece of pie?? a charming write. i read it as simply being about pie, no underlying metaphors and i enjoyed it. very random & off-the-wall, but an enjoyable and creative read. good write.
