The Invisible Force

The Invisible Force

A Poem by Merry-Jane

Forever forward,

We are pushed by an invisible force.

Forever continuous,

We are its disciples in a world called life.

It is as gentle as a tear drop,

Trickling down your skin.

Or it is as fast as a river’s current,

Pulling you further in.

It is the sun rising.

It is the wind whispering in your ear,

It is the trees growing,

That lets you know it is there.

Tell me what you think it is, please. I want to know how well, if at all, I did on trying to capture the 'it.'
