Pandora's BoxA Poem by LowesyI felt many, many things that day Not only your fists against my face But a heart in never ending space Happiness locked in a box Hidden within a maze inside a maze Of my mind and losing its place So it never ever see’s the light of day I can feel it washing
over me Like a tidal wave from
the sea Thrashing against the
rocks This is what it’s
like When you open Pandora’s
Box When you open Pandora’s
Box Look into my eyes A hollow man twisted by lies Eyes as black as night With a soul which lost the fight I threw away that key Forgot my history Love and elation a mystery Hurt and abrasion a memory I can feel it washing
over me Like a tidal wave from
the sea Thrashing against the
rocks This is what it’s
like When you open Pandora’s
Box When you open Pandora’s
Box Find your own way home Because I’m lost and all alone A candle in the dark Surrounded by ocean Without a spark I can feel it washing
over me Like a tidal wave from
the sea Thrashing against the
rocks This is what it’s
like When you open Pandora’s
Box When you open Pandora’s
