F**k

F**k

A Poem by Kathleen

Will you ever let me free?

Will you ever let my heart go?

You really need to see,

What I have come to know.

Time has changed our love,

And we can’t re-create the past.

Please stop pulling me to what once was,

For your affection towards me never lasts.

I once blindly gave you my life,

And it meant nothing to you then.

You cast it cruelly aside,

Did you think that I’d forget?

I’m not at your beck and call,

So don’t treat me like I am.

You aren’t here to catch me when I fall,

Unless you don’t have “other plans”.

So please just give this up.

We obviously can’t work this out.

I only get your “love”,

When you choose to be around.

I’m so over this back and forth,

And I’m so over you.

You’re more trouble than your worth.

That’s it, we’re done, we’re through.
