Victim

Victim

A Poem by LovingMeDirty
"

Read it tells all.

"

A gun held to my head

To submit, I have no choice.
A victim of your anger
I’d scream, but I have no voice.

My dignity you take
As you enter deep within.
You force yourself into my soul
I’m a partner to your sin.

The pleasure that you seek
The seed you leave behind.
The victim of your rape
I fear I’ll lose my mind.

It lasted just mere minutes
Yet the guilt still lingers on.
Was I somehow at fault
Or was I just a pawn?

The image that I see
Each time I close my eyes.
Is a nightmare wrapped in terror
Yet no one hears my cries.

As the victim of your rape
I fear I’ll never be the same.
The pleasure that you took from me
Still fills me with shame.

I agree with Jenny. You described something so terrible, beautifully.

Well written, and you expressed yourself clearly. I especially liked the rhythm. You described something terrible beautifully.
Well written,

This is hauntingly blunt and clear. The voice is very much believable and the emotions are vivid and straight-forward. An agonizing read, but a good one none-the-less.
