Run Out

Run Out

A Poem by LovingJoy
"

Easier said than done.

"

Run out of hate. It will remove the stain.

Never be the same. Re-ignite your light again.

Feel through eyes that look. Give yourself a break.

Give yourself a big hug. Needn't be afraid.

Have no truck with shame. Let go of the blame.

Dragging you down. Let it go. To a better day.

Regret is to learn from. Regret is no cross to bear.

Run out of hate. Positive, we can all get there.

Look it in the eye. Turn it inside out.

No need to run. There is no doubt.

Hardest part the first step. Easy as pie.

Easy to fear a return to base. We all know why.

Got lost along the way. How did I get here?

Taking stock brings pain. Denial the placebo for tears.

Look it in the eye. Love never arrives late.

Free to exorcise. Run out of hate.
