I saw a picture

of you today.

You looked happier

then.

I wondered to myself

if I could make you look like that...

A certain sparkle

and a certain smile.

I wonder if I'm

good enough.

The thing I fear most

is not being enough

for you...

Is a fail

and a loss.

I don't know what I'd do

if it came down to that...

What could I do?

I would never force to you

stay around

if you didn't want to,

and I would

let you go...

Watch you walk away.

But god,

would it hurt.
