Thoughts of you...

Laying down to sleep at night,
My thoughts dwell on you,
Are you happy?  Sad?  What are you up to?
As I close my eyes and take a breath,
I ask God if you he will bless.

My thoughts dwell on you and somehow turn to dreams
And just as I remember,
I'm with you again it seems.
Having you, holding you, never your heart will break
To my eyes you're stunning
My breath you'll always take.

Spinning in circles with my head in the clouds
Flying with you, I'll never come down.
Your eyes like diamonds, touch so soft, and smile so bright
These emotions I feel like a fire I don't dare to fight

But alas I wake from my dream so deep,
These thoughts of you in my heart I'll forever keep.
