Curse or Blessing, Ma'at.A Story by cbellEnlightenment can be a curse without the compass of Ma'at's 42 laws.We do crazy things for the sake of love. To find, keep, and maintain love we sacrifice all. Our time, money, and well being depend on love. Babies shrivel and die without it. Adults may take longer. The Bible says that even the love of the wicked is cruel. We love ourselves as best we can. Enlightenment can magnify illness that we call love. The mentally ill, drug addicts, and alcoholics sometimes terrorize themselves and all that will listen. If you follow the 42 laws, enlightenment is a blessing. Enlightenment without the compass of Ma’at can be a curse. We poison the earth and the water because we have forgotten Ma’at. We pollute ourselves. We terrorize family, friends, and strangers with anger fueled by fear that Ma’at eliminates. Study the laws for 42 days and you will be changed. But the world we live in will seem strange Our government breaks its own laws. I don’t think Ma’at was ever practiced here. America needs to repent and stop serving the root of all evil. The love of money takes food from children, leaves evicted fathers weeping with their family on the sidewalk. The love of money encourages wickedness to break all 42 of Ma’at’s laws. Sometimes in the name of Jesus, Buddha, Allah, and Abraham, but never in the name of Ma’at. She is simple like everything true, balanced, and harmonious. If you can not love Ma’at you may find it difficult to love yourself.. Her laws protect the weak and humble the powerful that would self destruct with unbalanced masculinity. Ma’at my brothers and sisters is the glue and mortar of our once enlightened community. We are enemies and strangers without Her. Ma’at is grandma, sister, and friend. She is married to Thoth so don’t try to seduce her. Cleanse your mind and your spirit with the laws of Ma’at. Pull weeds from your spiritual garden that was once a plantation. Let Ma’at cure your PTSS post traumatic slave syndrome. Forgiveness is the key to the 36th law of Ma’at. I have not cursed anyone in thought, word, or deed. © 2013 cbell |
