why did you'd have to leave a foot print

in the heart that cried for you not to say good-bye

how foolish was I to believe such a lie

I thought you could show me the way to self peace

but now there's only anger I have to release

why did I believe you when you said I was more

how can that be when you left me broken and sore

no I don't blame you for my foolish mistake

I just wish for once my heart could have a break

I'm tired of all this heart ache

tired of all this pain

but it just continues to gain

I have so much to live for
