I say hello

won't say goodbye

I love you so

won't make you cry

 

I can see it in your eyes

I promise not one more single lie

 

If you say goodbye

I'll say don't go

you'll ask me why

but we already know

 

you can see it in my eyes

it's then you'll know I did not lie

wow, l love this! i love the rhhyme scheme and it flows so nicely, the message behind this is so deep. it's sweet, short, and full of meaning. i really like it, the rhyme is great and gives it a little character and meaning. best part is is doesn't sound forced at all.
