"

Experimenting with a monogamous relationship and another woman is something I will never recommend to others. This poem is a bitter result of 5 years down the drain.. and they without me.

"

Why must one plus one,
Equal two?
When all I ever wanted,
Was you.
A love like ours,
Too few.
Too far in between,
Like you.
Too in love to see,
Like me.
Because; now two plus one,
Equals Three.
New burn to set us,
Free...
Burned down too much,
To never again be.
Now two minus one,
Equals me.

Wow, Jen. I usually don't like really short, imagery-less work. But this really got me. You turn love into a formula and it reminds me of a comic on XKCD where the mathematician tries to figure out love and has a bunch of formulas scribbled down with the heart as a variable. Cos
