Dear Death,
Can't you save me now?
Take me from this place
And throw me to Hell.
This place,
I feel I don't belong.
Please take me somewhere
I feel worthy.
I don't like it here.
Don't wish to be here any longer.
So please Death,
Come save me.

This kind of reminds me of Ralph Stanely's: O Death, granted his song had a different view of death than you do. I think this is one of those things that would be better as something than just a poem, perhaps to be accompanied by music.
