Stuck Feelings

I begin to write,

But again all I see

Is you, my wonderful girlfriend.

Not knowing whether to tell you my thoughts

Or keep them hidden inside me.

My mind sees the love

But my heart feels nothing.

You're my girl,

But what do I mean to you?

Do you think of me

As often as I think about you?

I feel like a hopeless romantic,

Minus the romantic part.

I like you a lot,

But is the feeling mutual?

My mind is stuck.

Feelings are stuck.

In a pit and not knowing how

To get them out to you.

This shows a lot of emotions. Untold emotions. I also liked your choice of words here, although it's simple, it created an impression of effectiveness.

And while the author is doubtful whether to tell her girlfriend about her feelings, the girlfriend might have been waiting to hear it from her for a very long time. Generally, people can’t keep everything a secret for the rest of their lives. If they keep storing new secrets over the old ones, it will keep piling up. Our mind is limitless but our body isn't. It can break us down. It's either we break down or we lose a chance.

Because a girl commited to be the "girlfriend", she got something inside of her for sure.

Ah, i felt that way about someone once. However, her and i weren't together. We were just friends. Either way, i think it's best to just get how your feeling out there. Communication in a relationship is key right? Or maybe you have shown her how you felt and she just hasn't shown you how she feels about you as much as you'd like her to yet?

This was a really great write. I believe some of the best pieces or ones people can relate to. Great write and well done.
