Dazed and Confused

Dazed and Confused

A Poem by DoNt LoSe YoUrSeLf

Mom's gone.
Don't know when she's coming home.

Dad's in the basement.
Playing his piano.

I sit here.
Buzzed off a cigarette.

Not thinking straight.
As always.

Not sure when
These days will get better.

As they pass,
I'm still here.

Dazed and confused.
