Although I know my journey has just begun

Is this a joke you think is fun?

This is a battle I have not yet won

Seeking the truth mixed in with the lies

I am slowly becoming undone

I find myself constantly hiding from the sun

Running away from the life we use to share

I don't know what I have become

Because of you everything has gone all wrong

I am tired of this race I have yet to run

And like a butterfly my wings are broken

It truly describes how being heartbroken is. I like the the repeating of "Is this a joke you think is fun?" It shows that the poet can't believe what's going on. Excellent work.
