I don’t mind being your Jackie Kennedy

You treat me like I am Red, White N Blue

In a way I’ve always been your First Lady

The one you came to when things got difficult

So for you I stood tall with my head held high,but oh so strong

All for you…. And when they asked me Why?

I told them I believe in his ambitious driven soul, and my heart was my compass.

The direction of the arrow pointed at him, it always did

Always showing me where I belong- by his heavenly side

Yet, I was lost in the sea of people that consumed us!

North is where he was, and I kept hiding down south

 I knew he would never love me in our reality of flashing cameras.

His heart belonged to his glorious nation and I knew that he belonged to his people

I always got the sense he wanted more

His brilliance was his mass destruction, and I loved him for letting me understand him

A man so magnificent that even life couldn’t contain his bold voluminous energy

And in that way I loved him, I loved him, I loved him N loving him forever can’t be wrong
