Unwritten StrangersA Poem by LoveAlwaysJBI like to find the kindness in strangers!Strangers, wise as they can be they know nothing, but they know a little bit of everything, You're wearing a mask around the person you wake up to be So when they ask you about the who's of your soul you intrigue mystery, but the thing is they understand your pain like no other So you share your stories, and they share theirs You're crystallized by the water in each others eyes So blue and worn out, everything is magnificent to the ears Heartache to childhood memories become fossils that are being discovered , Like two bodies in the darkness of it all. The only mass destruction is when you two are done sharing wisdom You go your separate ways, only god knows if destiny is in your pockets Or in the flutter memories in one long talk hold stay with you forever Oh, but the kindness in the hearts of strangers is what we look for No internal bondage, but strings to play when all hell breaks lose ,over a drunken brawl Or a coffee shop sipping at two, the danger is when these strangers become friends No longer are you mysterious, rather you are put on a stage of expectations Until you're betrayed & blue you become strangers yet again, but with history that is now written in the books.... History that has changed you, and written in your veins for another to unveil So strange that your names are written in the stars, but here on earth you're unwritten by a force that twirls around your heart... Don't worry strangers are just lovers that love you for a little while, but you keep the real strangers in your arms. © 2013 LoveAlwaysJB |
