Show

Show

A Poem by Love.Stained

Two lonely actors,
a written script.

There needn't be emotion.

Because when you
put up a show,
for no one.

Remember to never
let the music
capture your heart.

It may inspire you
it may crush you

The stage lights
may blind your eyes.

But always remember,
it's just a show.

And when it's all over,
when you leave the stage,
please don't expect applause.

Because it's all
only a show.

love the flow of the narrative, as well as its message.. your structure is delightful also.

The rhythm was good but the flow jump around like a kid with ADHD. I'm being to harsh when I say it jumps around like a kid with ADHD, it's not that crazy. Maybe explain more of what the two actors have to do with the seen your poetraying. are they trying to calm their nerves by going threw a list of tips and trying to get the feeling this is boring or their butterfly's might come out their throats or something. I'm really going out there with all this, you probably had a whole other direction you were going with this.

this is a really good poem. It has great rhythm and word choice that help it flow quite nicely. Great job! Keep it up!
