Death is My TeacherA Poem by Louvegrise14After mourning, we should try and learn from death.Death Is the greatest teacher I have ever known. For when one looks down at a corpse, Everything is put into Perspective. She used to be natural-- She would give back to life, And the cycle would start All over. But now Only pain And a deep hole Are what remain. Still, death is a good teacher-- For in death, We are all equal
And nothing matters anymore. © 2014 Louvegrise14Author's Note
