Unseen

Unseen

A Poem by Lourisa

What deep wounds ever heal without scars?

What scars ever truly shows how deep the wound has been?

What man can forever live behind bars?

What life behind bars truly reflects the battle scene?

What death would be merciful enough not to cause a mar?

What mercy would ever hide the sins unseen?

But there is no death and there are no bars

That can take away or contain the beast I've seen

No man should have to carry alone

The burden of fighting this war on his own

Do you hear his harrowing cry?

Still you will let him bleed bone dry.

It is over now.  You can throw the first stone

From where you sit on your high throne.

The burden of fighting this war on his own"

You're welcome and thanks for the review.
Very disconsolate rooted so deeply, it saddens me to hear of
such wickedness the evil men do. Dark and abruptly to the point.
Nicely penned Lourisa...

This is morbid and thought provoking. I like it! :)

We do like to judge. This is an excellent piece, Lourisa.

Thanks Pryde.
I really enjoy the rhyme and the flow of this well written, thought provoking poem. The ending is very powerful and pretty much sums up the entire poem. Very nice writing.

Thanks, Julie, I'm glad you enjoyed the poem.
Loury .. am sorry to hear if it's a poem of yer real life ... the men're becoming so bad. You know what Loury, let me get it straight ... 'Women ain't safe in this today's life only through of men' .. that's it.
I sometimes feel bad when i think about it that how a man can be act like an animal ..why he doesn't even think that what he's gonna do or doing is not worthy or good .. but give pain and wrench the body of someone ... in today's life a man thinks that he's everything... the women're nothing for him, he can easily manipulate them for their joy and can throw them away after chew ... this's a mirror of today's life .. but he's forgetting that if on the one hand he's hurting women's body on the other hadn he's spoiling his life too ... so .. in the nutshell .. bad humans are spoiling each other's lives only for their joy of few minutes ..

and this's very bad even it's a shame on our face ... and you know what, such kinda bad people're spoiling the image of good people too .. everybody doubts even on a good people too .. only due to bloody stalkers...

What i think is that man should never be violent or wild physically on women but keeping women like a flower into their arms .. into the heart with the peace so that every woman could feel safe and feel the beauty of love without hurting the body at all ...

anyway .. very nice ink you plotted .. I admired you. May god bless you dear. God's always with you :)
Your cool, Loury.
