Free

I suddenly realised 

that I was free

and I wondered if freedom

had been taken from me

Without my knowing it

I suddenly realised

that this freedom was mine

and that I had it all along

I suddenly realised

that I was the only one 

standing in my way

waiting for my own permission

as if it had to come 

from someone else

I suddenly realised 

that this life is my own to lead 

I suddenly realised

it wasn't that I was trapped

it wasn't that I was lost

it wasn't that I was stuck

I just didn't know 

that I was already free.

That's a very interesting take Kent, you mean to say that this idea of freedom is something we sell to ourselves so that we can continue on with our lives? And so, is freedom really there?

deep stuff we are into lol like asking if I felt that doesn't that make that real id think the answer is to ourselves and that may be all we need many will die to a strong belief my take was from an actual experience but how much was from my own thoughts as compared to others it is deep stuff of the mind and our own feelings if we dare to do more than scratch the surface no one has the answers why is blue blue to someone colorblind whats for me isn't for you
