A week passed without you by her side.

But each night,

She fell asleep looking at your picture.

 

The day you left for Mexico,

You said -

no, promised -

always and forever.

And she believed you.

 

What happened?

Before, you were so sure.

So sure that you loved her.

 

To come back and break her heart...

that's one thing.

But you ruined her.

Called her desperate for someone to love her.

And now that thought

doesn't leave her mind.

 

Slowly, it's killing her.
