Moment of Doubt.

Moment of Doubt.

A Poem by Kaygexx

Screaming.

Fighting.

Words meant to be left unspoken.

I don't understand

how things went from great to good,

from good to bad,

and from bad to worse.

I blinked,

and everything fell to shambles.

You barely speak,

and when you do it sparks a fight.

I know for a fact

He slept on the couch last night.

What happened to the loving gestures?

Do you even care anymore?

I can't do this any longer,

smile and act like nothing is wrong.

You ask why I'm upset,

but you couldn't possibly want to know

that you're to blame.

Nothing but uncertainty fills my mind

in this moment of doubt.

Is it my over active imagination,

or is our family tearing at the seams?
