Where did it all go wrong?

you look around 

and don't recognize your life 

you don't understand 

you've always been agreeble, been polite 

always tried to comfort others

even when you were hurting 

even when you were 

being smothered 

no one really sees though 

all their own pain 

no one wants to understand 

there not the only ones breaking

your guilty of it, too

always having hidden anger 

because people won't ever understand 

the things that you went through 

even when you try to be nice 

even when you try to be kind 

your slowly caving in 

slowly dying inside 

I'm still trying to put reason to

where it all went wrong 

maybe theres isn't any 

maybe I never belonged
