This Is Not A TitleA Poem by Lorne BlaineOne of many poems that i've written at some point in my crippling boredom. Enjoy or don't.Never ask something from the environment let the environment ask you things: let it awe you and make you wonder because, if once you've stopped to think, just once, you'll know that the language of life is silent. ----- We let life give us speech to answer her questions to stop her from bringing all our souls asunder and to avoid making her turn us, from the throes of our silent loneliness, into killers of love, peace, and freedom.
Now, don't wait for the answer: make it yourself. © 2017 Lorne Blaine |
