If You Loved Me More.

If You Loved Me More.

A Poem by Loribeth215
"

Margaret from Don't Forget Me makes an appearance.

"

If you loved me more

It would be nothing

breathe into this silence

no, these wounds will not go,

but possibly, you could take away the sting.

If you loved me as I love you

then no criticism could turn you away,

no slight would make you cross,

and when we misunderstood, together, we'd search for other ways.

I do not believe in perfection,

but love, I do believe in retribution.

It is only the order

of life and death

that one cannot just take take take,

and the other cannot just give give give.

I will kiss your lips darling, one last time

I have been yours, and forever you wil be mine.

If you loved me more,

it would be nothing to die for me,

because, I would die for you.

Just this one request:

You die first.

O.O this seems like a sweet poem at first, but that last line makes me wonder. This was good though and I enjoyed it very much.

good work!
