Moments of Time

I kissed you

and felt your soul

tremble against my hands

you held me and

I shivered against you

all the strength of your body

was mine, and mine yours

and now

we walk past each other

as if this never existed

just bliss in a moment

time on a page left unturned

I try not to meet your eyes

when they do those sparks still fly

and I wonder

how did so much exist

in such a short time....?
