Don't you have those weird moments, when you're in a class or any kind of crowded area, and you just pause everything you're doing and give off a little giggle? That would be the result of your sudden realization to something. It just feels like you zoomed out of your own picture for a second and looked at all the people around you. And you just felt like a weird creature among even weirder creatures. It's that moment when you look at every individual and embrace the fact that you really barely know anything about anybody. Okay, so you probably know their background but you have really NO idea what they're really thinking and going through. I find it astonishing how little we realize how different we are. And even when you get to know somebody, you're just tasting a little piece of his/her life, and even sometimes this taste is misinterpreted. Just imagine how many different patterns of humans have existed and how many generations of people have passed by. And here we are, just little specks out of this whole infinitely evolving world, only getting a quick lick from other individual's lives. This idea alone frightens me. I get goosebumps every time i realize how little i am and how little i know of everything and how i only get to see this world from my little tiny eyes. And here i am, typing this writing, which will probably be read by people i will never meet or whose lives i will get such a little taste of. It just makes me giggle.
It makes me sad, I wish I had had more of the news reporter in me, I mean journalist. I was always reprimanded for wanting to know anything about anyone, but other people are praised for the opposite. Surely we all wish to be known more fully, and we must share our stories with each other so we can get a clearer and more interesting view of life, it's not too late for us I am hoping to know about people, others

i couldn't agree more. we all do really wish to be remembered, and we may fear oblivion, but it's re.. read morei couldn't agree more. we all do really wish to be remembered, and we may fear oblivion, but it's reality. we can learn about one another plentifully, but it's just amazing how small the portion we take from one another is... thank you for commenting
