Springtime

Springtime

A Poem by Lorame

Sunshine, come

Warm my soul yet again

Bring that smile to my heart

As you used to then

Warm breeze, come

Sweep yourself through my hair

Blow the tears from off my face

Along with every care

Small birds, come

Sing your songs to me

Bring my tired soul back to life

And make me happy be

Springtime, come

Thaw this winter here

Erase the clouds that fill the sky

And undo every fear

Love these words here, this is very lovely.
The flow is so beuatiful. This could be lyrics.
Very nicely written, enjoyed!

Just lovely... It's hard to pick a favorite because each stanza was so beautiful. "Small birds, come...Sing your songs to me..." Enchanting, Lorame.
