Paranoid

Paranoid

A Poem by Lookwithinsight

Paranoid,

self-centered.

Craving joy,

underserved.

I’m paranoid,

that

everyone’s

just acting

to suit

a role

they feel the need

to play.

I feel the need

to bleed.

Bleed,

and be on the receiving end of things

but im

paranoid as s**t.

I’m cold,

and silently

blatant.

Show me your grit.

Show me your resolve.

Show me

what you don’t feel,

what you won’t feel

at all.

Cause I’m paranoid.

My eyes dance with shadows along the walls.

No one knows,

no one knows me at all.
