Winter

Winter

A Poem by Leanne Estelle
"

A poem I wrote in my creative writing class about personifying the seasons.

"
A vision of death in a long black coat
An old sad man with a tickling throat
He has yellow teeth like day old snow
And icy blue eyes that glint and glow.
Translucent skin - frozen to the touch
A cold hearted man that doesn't smile much
With a nose that's pointed and cold like ice
And silvery-white hair the colour of mice.

Good alliteration. The poetic form works well in my opinion.

I'll have to read more from you
