I for the first time looked at you and saw someone I didn't recognize, 

A strong man facing the unknown of what this weeks news may bring, 

A man scared of what his future now holds if the results come back bad. 

You've always been the strongest person I know, 

Standing by my side through thick and thin and helping me prepare for brain surgery, 

Supporting me through loosing my dad, 

It's always been you that's stepped up to the plate. 

We have this brother sister relationship that means the world to me. 

A relationship that I've always cherished. 

But now it's time for me to stand by your side, 

If it is cancer you'll beat it, 

Cancer should be scared of you

because you will kick its a*s.
