Winter Still ComesA Poem by Jonathon Wood
She lives in a world so barren, so deserted by man that the sun no longer rises, animals no longer frolic, music no longer sings, and joy no longer bothers to appear. Her appearance is one marked by sorrow, tear stained cheeks, blood shot eyes, hoarse whisper. Yet despite all the sorrow, despite all the misery, the ill silence of winter still comes.
