I love and understood this poem.
"Drowning in the beauty that compliments me
My spirit is finally free"
The above lines I try to find. Lake or sea. Places for the people who know and love the sea. Thank you Lola for sharing the excellent poetry.

that's swimming... drowning... but in a new version, swimming and drowning in silence, away from the noisy world and people, when You can be Your own self, bonded with Your inner, and free... a unique piece which obviously came from Your depth.
Thank You for sharing my friend Your wonderful personal poem.
the ocean is such a vast and deep exploration, the sea Queen! Sounds so interesting! I admire the waters and the power left behind, the mystery and secrets held within
I imagine it to be very liberating. I'm a decent swimmer but I prefer to stay above water. Diving too deep makes me feel claustrophobic. But I am so envious of friends that scuba dive. The ocean is a beautiful place, full of amazing things. I liked your poem.
Despite the unnatural symmetry of the structure of this poem, it still exudes a sense of calm and lightness when one reads it quietly in the mind. You have used some very lovely words in this piece, with the use of alliteration in the opening lines a highlight for me.
Any poem that has a decidedly Elizabethan feel to it always is highly regarded by this reviewer, and as one who writes with that bent from time to time, i enjoyed this poem and rate it highly.
Lovely and smooth images you create with this one. I found some nice, outstanding lines. Yet...I think the end rhymes read a little too much... Maybe just my perception but those form of rhymes work better with even rhythmic stanzas, yours differ too much from each other regarding length and stress of the syllables. But I don't want to appear meticulous. All in all a nice piece.
yes ..i can feel it ...the impressions of the silence and pressing of waters all around is instant ...in that silent, cold darkness one must let go and embrace the unity that is all of nature, all of the universe, all of the oceans ... beautiful sentiments Ms. Queen :) well said says i!
