Up Above

Up Above

A Poem by Zion

Going on this road all alone,
I know that's a lie.
Even I know that the big man in the sky,
Is on my side.
He won't say a word,
But he carries me high.

He sits me down to go my own way.
I search till my head drops;
He understand the problems I'm facing down.
He knows I will overcome,
Or He wouldn't have set this path.
Sit and stare.
Then he said,
"I've sent you on this journey,
Might have been a little early.
Needed you to see that you were going the wrong way.
Keep your head up and smile.
We can't work all the time,
Or spend our life to cautiously.
That's what I needed you to see,
Find yourself in me.
