Breakdown.

Breakdown.

A Poem by Mercury Mirrors
"

:[ Just a little peeky into my world. :)?

"

Each step I take my back might break.
Under the weight of a predestined fate.
I’m doomed to a life of phonies & fakes.
Treated like an animal locked in a crate.
My heart hurts like someone hammered in a steak.
Throbbing & choking, past its expiration date.
The air is so thick it feels like drowning in a lake.
But in reality I’m drowning in a world made of hate.
How can we live with ourselves when this is all that we make?
