Deadly Game

Deadly Game

A Poem by Mercury Mirrors

I’m playing a deadly game,

With the bullet called life.
I play the Devil’s game,
With this blood-stained knife.
I’m betting my very soul,
For a little bit of fun.
By the end I might be filled with holes,
For playing with this gun.

Wow! Very clever and very violent. It sounds a little like suicide or living
a careless lifestyle. But your poem has power to it and a strong
violent punch! I like this one too!
