Mother*s Day Poem

Mother*s Day Poem

A Poem by Mercury Mirrors
"

My mom said all she wanted for Mother;s day was a poem for her by me, so here it is, I figured I'd post it. Enjoy.

"

It’s Mother’s Day,
And what can I say?
You’ve been with me through thick & thin,
If I lose, you make me feel like i can win.

I have to admire the way you can handle,
Pain that could blow me away like a candle,
And still not be bitter, sad, or angry,
Or be short with Annie, Daddy, or me.

I may be tougher on the outside but you’re the one,
Who has the inner strength (& the patience) to get it all done.
It’s truly amazing, just like you are.
You’ve got more heart than all of us together by far.
