Distance

My boyfriend goes to college 3 hours away and I'm having a rough time right now. The fear of losing him, the fear of being hurt. This is my way of letting it all out.

This is all so surreal, I feel like it’s all a dream.

I replay every moment we spent together,

like a movie in my head on a big screen.

We’re apart for days on end, 

yet when we meet again it’s like you never left.

Is this distance a friend or a foe,

will it build us up or break us down?

All I know is that wherever you are,

no matter how far I will be here waiting.

Whatever distance does I pray that it doesn't change your mind. 

Because you my dear, are my most greatest find.
